By accessing and using the services of Luxarastay Alpine Casino Hotel Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our casino hotel facilities and services.

2. Reservation and Check-in Policies

• Valid identification and credit card required at check-in
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years for hotel stay, 21 years for casino access
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges

3. Payment and Deposits

• Full payment required at check-in
• Security deposit required for incidental charges
• Accepted payment methods: major credit cards, bank transfers
• All rates are in Swiss Francs (CHF)
• Casino gaming requires separate funds and arrangements

4. Casino Rules and Regulations

• Valid identification required for casino entry
• Compliance with all gaming regulations mandatory
• Photography and recording devices prohibited in casino areas
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
• Responsible gaming policies must be observed

5. Room and Property Rules

• No smoking in rooms or indoor areas
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Pet policy: Service animals only
• Room capacity limits must be observed
• Damage to property will incur charges

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury due to guest negligence
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Weather-related issues or natural events

9. Modifications to Terms
