1. Standard Reservations

Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay plus taxes.

2. Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under non-refundable promotions or special rates cannot be canceled or modified. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

3. Group Bookings

For group reservations (5 rooms or more), cancellation terms may vary. Please refer to your group booking contract or contact our team for specific conditions.

4. Early Departures

If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, an early departure fee may apply. Please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges for the unused nights.

5. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation notice will be charged for the first night of their stay, and the remainder of the reservation will be released.

6. Special Events & Holiday Periods

During peak seasons, special events, or holidays, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
